Troubadour Festival, a Texas BBQ & Music Experience, is headed to Midtown Park in Bryan on Saturday, March 28! 

Troubadour Festival will feature 30 of the best BBQ joints in Texas sampling smoked meats in an all-new concept where each restaurant will cook in one of these themes: Meat Church & Friends, 44 Farms Beef, South of the Border, Hogs Wild, and Wild Card (anything goes!). 

Texas Music legend Robert Earl Keen and country stars Flatland Cavalry are co-headlining Bryan's inaugural Troubadour Festival. They'll be joined by Waylon Wyatt, Jason Boland & The Stragglers, and Tyce Delk on the Optimum Main Stage. Rising stars Taylor Hunnicutt, Kruse Brothers, and Julianna Rankin will take the second stage to round out a full day of killer country music.

Troubadour Festival has four ticket levels: MUSIC, BBQ + MUSIC, VIP, and VIP+. Here's what is included with each ticket:

GA

• 3:15 PM gate time. BBQ sampling is not included.
• See all five artists on the Optimum Main Stage (3:30 - 11:00 PM).
• Access to all GA areas, including bars, 30+ market vendors, and food trucks.
• Re-entry allowed with wristband; children 10 and under admitted free with paying adult.
• Basic folding/camping chairs are allowed in designated areas.

BBQ + MUSIC

• 1:00 PM gate time. Sample unlimited BBQ from 30 of the best joints in Texas until 3:15 PM.
• See all artists on both stages (except Julianna Rankin, must have a VIP or VIP+ ticket).
• Access to all GA areas, including bars, 30+ market vendors, and food trucks.
• Re-entry allowed with wristband; children 10 and under admitted free with paying adult.
• Basic folding/camping chairs are allowed in designated areas.

VIP

• Hour-earlier entry (12:00 PM entry) into unlimited BBQ sampling from 30 world-renowned BBQ joints.
• See all artists on both stages.
• Exclusive VIP area with shaded seating (first-come, first serve) and standing-room-only front of stage access.
• One (1) free VIPs-only t-shirt per ticket.
• VIPs-only luxury, climate-controlled bathrooms.
• Children 10 and under admitted free with paying adult.
• Basic folding/camping chairs are allowed in designated areas.

VIP+

• Hour-earlier entry (12:00) into unlimited BBQ sampling from 30 world-renowned BBQ joints
• All-inclusive bars + Catered dinner & more served by LJ's BBQ, a Texas Monthly Top 50 joint
• Exclusive front-of-stage area alongside a VIP+ lounge with prime viewing, TVs & luxury bathrooms.
• Premium festival gift + t-shirt exclusively for VIP+ ticket-holders.
• One reserved, on-site parking pass per order (will be emailed the week of the show).
• Everyone in the VIP+ section requires a ticket, regardless of age.​

NEW! Sunday BBQ Brunch (does not include festival entry)

• EVERYONE, regardless of age, must have a Sunday BBQ Brunch ticket.

• Free parking available throughout Downtown Bryan.

A limited number of discounted MUSIC and BBQ + MUSIC tickets will be available for students, active and retired military, first responders, and educators. IDs must be presented at the front gate upon arrival. If you do not bring an ID, you will be required to pay the difference.

Troubadour Festival is open to all ages, but please keep in mind this event is adult-themed and alcohol will be sold. Children 10 and under will be admitted free. Everyone 11 and older requires a ticket. All ages require a ticket in the VIP+ area.
